Often Asked Questions & Answers
1. Question: Can artist members show photography, giclees or prints of original work or cards? Answer: No, when the Northwest Artist Guild was founded the core members insisted that the guild be based on creating and showing exclusively "original, one of a kind, fine art. However, prints and cards may be offered during the artist reception if desired, and at the Picture Attic venue. 2. Question: Who is responsible for taxes when an artists work is sold? Question: I have a painting that I consider my best work and I don't want to sell it but I would like to put it into the gallery show. Can I make it not for sale?
